09 July 2013 My Company is giving conveyance allowance as Rs.800/- P.M but I am incurring Approx Rs.2000/- P.M. I want to know can I get the full deduction or Rs.800/- is fixed.

09 July 2013 There is a cap of Rs. 800/-per month as per serial no. 10 of Rule 2BB(2) of Income tax Rules,1962.
