Can you tell me the consequences if board meetings are not conducted as per company law.
If possible tell me the section.

10 February 2012 Section 285 of the Companies Act,1956 does not specify the penalty for not holding Board Meetings. Therefore, section 629A can be initiated, the penalty therein is Rs 5,000.00
