Can a partnership firm uses No objection letter as consent letter as for obtaining GST registration. Place was given to the business rent free.

Yes. It is a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner of the premises stating that he doesn’t have any objection to the taxpayer using the premises for carrying out business. Under GST, there is no specific format for the consent letter. It can be any written document.

Thanks sir for your reply. But is consent letter only limited to Proprietorship concerns ?? Can consent letter be used GST registration of partnership firm.
