28 June 2017 I understand that Composition limit is Rs 75 Lakh. Recently it has been clarified that it is 50 Lakh in case of 9 hill states (i.e. excluding UK & J&K). I have a Grocery Super Store in Uttarakhand. I want to know if I am eligible to opt for Composition scheme? My turnover is below Rs 75 Lakh.
