Question 1: can CS in whole time employment give consultancy to any person and take consultancy fees ? can CS raise invoice of consultancy fees ?
Question 2: I had purchased one electrical plug from shopkeeper of ₹100 , when I asked for GST bill , he told me to give 18% GST on ₹100, it means products are coming without bill from manufacturer and also sold by shopkeeper without bill to customer ? why government is not able to stop this malpractice ?
