If you are aware of nature of lease then you have come to know that lease are two types one is Financial lease and other is operating lease.... As far As your query is concerned my opinion is a company can not be taken over by lease....
its operating lease we want to operate another company Can a Company take a another company by lease basis there will be sub agreement for current assets and current liabilities?
