23 January 2016 Dear Experts,
I have filed Form INC 1 on 12.01.2016 and there was resubmission required on 18.01.2016 i.e. not to use the prefix I have used and to furnish the fresh names and I resubmitted it the following day correcting the issues, but again there was resubmission required showing regarding the same issues (exactly same line and matter although I havenot used that prefix) given on 18.01.2016 so I resubmitted the form again thinking it was a software problem.
but today again it is showing resubmission required and exactly the same issues and line shown previously,
so what is to be done?
plz help

23 January 2016 Generally, re-submission is allowed only once and if not corrected properly INC-1 will be rejected. But here ,more than one opportunity is given with the same defect. Seems a technical issue for which a personal visit to ROC office may be helpful to solve the issue.
