26 June 2014 I want to know which documents & other forms are need to be submitted with Form INC-7 (Application of Incorporation of new company).
* Whether Declaration of deposit is mandatory to submit with INC-7, if yes then at what should be the stamp amount in maharashtra state???
* INC-10 specimen of signature is mandatory to submit???
* INC-8 ???

Please guide..

26 June 2014 1. Declaration of deposit - Didn't get the query.

2.INC-10 is mandatory vide rule 16(1)(q) of the companies(Incorporation)Rules,2014.

3. INC-8 is mandatory vide rule 14 of the above said rules.
