What is the last date of submitting in the case of a private limited company with a loss ? It does not have any turnover as it is in developing stage.

As per section 210 of the companies act, 1956 last date for adoption of balance sheet in AGM is sept 30.
In short as per section 210 annual accounts should be adopted by the shareholders in the AGM with in 6 months from the close of financial year i.e Sept, 30.
