Commission on arranging donation for 80g society

24 April 2020 Dear Sir 🙏,
Am arranging a donation of ₹90Crores to 80G society..
They are ready to pay ₹5Crores commission after deducting TDS..
I will show the same in ITR for the current fiscal..
Please guide and advice me..

24 April 2020 As TDS deducted show it in ITR as per 26AS and pay advance tax and regular tax while filling the return.
