hello everyone.. i had applied for approval of name of a comapany in MCA In INC-1,(Networld infotech private limited. after few days it Displayed its status on MCA website as "to be Resubmitted" reasonning that the proposed name is too general.so i resubmiited the form with name "SNG Private limited" there are few other comapnies also whose name starts with SNG and now after two days i have received a mail from registrar that the name is rejected. i have queries mentioned below. 1)can i resubmit the form. if yes then do i will have to pay the fee again. 2)what are the points to remember for naming a company 3)camn i challenge the decision of the registrar.

1.If Transaction status of your SRN ‘Required Resubmission’ then you are required to re-submit your eForm to rectify the defect(s)/ incompleteness pointed out by the concerned MCA office, before the due date mentioned in the status of your SRN. If you fail to re-submit your eForm within prescribed period, you will be required to file the eForm afresh with payment of fee and additional fee, as applicable.

thanks Experts... one more thing SNG in the name (SNG private limited) is the initials 0f Shankar nath ghoshal who was the father of one of the proposed director,we had mention this in the form and attached proof of relation, one reason why the form got rejected is "Initial of director not allowed,refer para 8 of incorporation rules" i could not understand why it has been not allowed when there are several comapnies working under the Abbreviation SNG.
At that time, Name Availability rules are not in force. so, Such Names are available and in force. As per the New Provisions, Your Name must reflect your object or area of operation. So Read The Name Availability Guidelines carefully before applying for a fresh Name
