Clearing forwarding bill

09 January 2019 our clearing forwarding agent charge bill for domestic transport & we reimburse it.
Transport bill is in our name.

Can above situation , we are liable to pay GST on RCM basis on transport charges

please guide us

09 January 2019 Yes if it's transported through GTA RCM applicable to you. In case transport by other truck RCM not applicable.
