We did not file itr for FY 17-18 can i claim that tds of ₹50000/- deducted u/s194j in ITR of FY 18-19

16 July 2019 You can't claim it now in ITR of FY 18-19. File ITR of FY 17-18 with condonation approval of CIT in case of refund.
