12 January 2016 CHG-1 is the form required to be filed with the concerned ROC. It is to be filed within 30 days of the agreement for loan. After filling the form CHG-1, attache to it the scanned copies of the resolution of board of directors for obtaining the loan and authority to sign, Hypothecation- agreement for Loan. Get the DSC of the lender be fixed after getting DSC of the borrower then CA/CS DSC to be attached.Pay the required fee and file.
