26 February 2015 sir, i want to know whether i have to file a petition to Regional Director for change of registered office of the company from one ROC to another with in same state.

26 February 2015 Yes. If the company wants to change the registered office from the jurisdiction of ONE ROC to the jurisdiction of ANOTHER ROC within the same state, the company has to apply for the approval of the Regional director (RD) in the prescribed manner (Form INC-23). Once the change is confirmed by the RD, the company has to file such confirmation to the ROC within a period of sixty days from the date of confirmation of the RD.

26 February 2015 There is no format for the application. But a notarized 'affidavit' in support of the application is mandatory.

27 February 2015 sir, i have filed FORM-23 on 24/01/2015 for RD (Regional Director) approval for change of registered office from one ROC to another within same state but til this date, the approval status is "PENDING FOR ACTION" (ie, even after 30days). So, what should i do for the approval?
