Actually I have applied for PAN card before 15days, and I got PAN no but the name that is printed on card is wronge, i ask NSDL office regarding change of name on PAN but they told me Iwant to take a Letter from MLA is there any other solution by which i can get rectify PAN no.

If you don't have identity proof AND address proof with the required name, as suggested, obtain a certificate from MLA / Corporation councilor and submit a correction application form with photograph and fee to NDSL.
