03 May 2011 We are registered under "Steamer Agents Services" for the purpose of Service Tax

I want to ask whether we can take full credit for Service tax paid by us on Telephone, Mobile & Courier Bills ?

03 May 2011 Pl.clarify whether you are doing some other business or providing some tax free services also. if yes, you can claim cenvat on prorata basis as per sec. 6 ,otherwise full credit.
