Hi, We have a manufacturing company having three units at different locations. Out of these units one unit is for plating of only company's own product. Some labour is employed thru contractor at plating unit. Can we take the credit of service tax charged by contractor at plating unit address in manufacturing unit as there is no cenvat liability in plating unit. Please make me clear with relevant section, notification or case, if possible.
