AGM held in Jul-10, Dividend paid in the same month. In which FY & AY this will cover & What rate of CDT will applicable 16.995(AY10-11) or 16.6087% ? please guide.

CDT is payable within 14 days of either making provision of Dividend in the books or payment of dividend.
