Capital Gain on sale of Plot and Property

06 October 2019 My Client has Sold 3 Residential Properties and 1 Plot of Land. He then purchased 2 Office Premises.
Will he get any benefit of Deduction on Capital Gain for Purchase of Office? If so please give the section.
Is there any other way to avoid tax?
Please help.
