I sold a land in 2016 and placed the capital gain amount in capital gain account opening in vijaya bank. Later in 2018, i withdrawn entire capital gain amount to pay for buying an apartment.Now the capital gain account is closed. Should i have to take any clearance from Income tax officer on this ? Should it be done before i do returns filing for this year
