Cancellation of registration

i have cervice tax registration certificate from two years.which useless for me now i want to cancel that registration certificate.from last two years i had not filed any return.please tell me the procedure for that and amount of expenses for the cancellation as soon as possible.please experts help me as soon as possible.

You have to file all the pending service tax returns.
Then surrender the registration online through www.aces.gov.in
