17 March 2018 Yes... I agreed to Mr CA R SEETHARAMAN Sir.. Tax Consultant (Other than CA) can prepare BS and PandL... Also he can put his/Office seal with sign... But, Bankers can't accept the paper some time of Loan or others in case any legally or Statuary compliance... Otherwise no more restriction except it's correctly prepared...
