Part of company formation contains e-filing of form 18 and form 32 which needs certification by affixing digital signature for which MCA has not given permission to advocates.

No,certication of forms can be done only by ca cs and ICWA in practice

Agree with warrier Sir. Formation require filing of various forms like 1A, 18, 32, 1.. these all are to be certified by Practicing CA,CS,ICWA only..

Please note that applicant's digital signature is enough for e-filing form 1 and form 1A.

As per section 33(2) it is possible to file e-form 1 digitally signed by an advocate of supreme court or high court ,an attorney or a pleader entitled to appear before high court for incorporating a company. That is why, I started my first answer by 'part of company formation....' and also because there is no one word answer to the question raised.
