What about the taxability in case of compulsory aquisition of urban non agriculture land by government , when the income tax act is silent about that matter , is the circular issued in 2013 land rehabilitation act by CBDT is prevail ?

If acquired under The RFCTLAAR act, 2013; (except u/s. 46 of the act) is tax exempt.
