1. what benifit does get dealer by issuing C form ?
2. What is the minimum & maximum limits for issue of ST-38 (inward & outward)?

if a registered dealer sells goods to another registered dealer, the latter one will give form c as a proof of being registered dealer. and CST will applicable @ 2%
