Internet on fix deposit

I have one FD .I am not senior citizens. Bank have given rs 500 as interest on FD but they haven't cut TDS on that amount. Shall I need to fill Tax on that amount(That 500 is above taxable income ? Or can I get benefit on it 80 TTA or equivalent amount.

80G in ITR

Hello Sir ,
I have donate to NGO Child health Foundation. They have given 80G certificate to me but PAN number is missing on it. Can I take claim against 80G while filling ITR or shall I ask them to give new certificate with mentioning PAN

Drawing

I have paid lic premium of Rs. 11993/- and PF deduction was made of Rs.18000/- during the F.Y. 2019-20. Are these investments and to be deducted from capital fund account through drawing?

KVP of Rs.60000/- was purchased on 20.10.2010 for 8 years and 7 months but failed to draw maturity value of Rs. 120000/- on 20.05.2019 due loss of KVP certificate. Post office assured me to pay a simple interest @4% pa for next two years only. Will I get proposed interest on maturity value or investment amount?

INVESTMENT OR FIXED ASSESTS

I have purchased a car worth Rs.700999 on 19.10.2019. Is it investment (since it is within a year) or fixed asseste? If investment, will the amount deductable from capital fund through drawing?

Hello sir, I am giving property to my sister as gift. so no money involvement and no capital gain tax and in return i am also getting gift cheque of 50 lakh. It is also tax free.. so, do i have any problem ? if i do this on same day.. Please kindly let me know

If a house property is in name of mother and son with equal share and they sell the property on which there is a capital gain of rs 22 lakh which is to be shared equally between them. After this a house property is bought in the name of mother only using the amount received on sale. What will be tax implication in the hand of son and will he eligible for any exemption keeping in mind that the new property bought is in the name of mother only??

Gst on under construction property

Our developer (underconstruction property is located in mumbai) is charging 8% gst on agreement value . Is it right ? We have registered an agreement on 11/06/2020
