Valuation of Equity shares as per Regulation 76(2) of SEBI ICDR Regulations is less than Face Value of the Equity Shares for preferential issue. Whether share can be issued on the price less than face vale.

I received a bill in June. Bill date is 25/04/13.

I booked the bill on 30th June and deposit the tds on 7th july.

Whether interest would be levied if so how it would be calculted and for what period.

We are developing a residential plotting scheme. We will plan to buy a paver block making machine. We produce paver and used into road.

Whether it amounts to excise under captive consumption.

Currently we purchase ready made paver from outside and used into roads.

1.Which form to fill for itr. 2 or 4 or any other.
2.where to add income from interest exceeding 10000.
3.can I show annual account charges (of ICICI Demat a/c) as expenses incurred for running trading business. if yes where
4.can I add brokerage charges of share transactions (not stt) as expenses. If yes where.
