I am working as an accountant, I am planning for further study after my graduation. Is PGDBA is a good option in accounts for great future or anything else.
My father owns 2 Residential Flats. Now we want to sale 1 Flat for Rs.15,00,000/- and to invest sale proceeds in the new flat for Rs.20,00,000/-
Can we claim any Exemption??? under which section?

1)AOA not providing power to alter share capital , so there is need to alter AOA , procedure ?

Does ITR 7 requires feeding of Balance sheet & P&L in software?
