Depreciation

Actually i am little confused regarding a specific issue on depreciation
If a Building is a part of plant and machinery i mean base bulding without which the machinery cannot operate than should depreciation should be charged At the rate of plant and machinery or building?

Accounting Treatment of payment

Please, Help me, We are dealing with Indian Co. he give me Payment in US Dollars. He send me US$ 12000 @ 49.54 and bank give us credit US$11995 @ 48.94 and bank not show US$ 5 dollar in our statement. How should we pass this entry in our Books.

to do or not to do the audit.

1. i have two propritorship farm.one of them is cloth and another is of chemical business.
now turnover of cloth business is 35 lacs and turnover of chemical business is 10 lacs.
whether i am liable for tax audit u/s 44AB?

2. if turnover of the profession is 8 lacs and turnover of business is 35 lacs.
then i am liable for tax audit u/s 44AB?

Deduction for Tuition Fees

Deduction of Tuition fees paid is allowed u/s 80C, but it is with the condition that the course should be full time.
So, my query is, whether a person doing part time MBA or Executive MBA cannot claim benefit of fees paid?
or there is anyother wayout to claim the deduction for the fees paid?

Can any one help in structuring a salary package of INR 21L per annum for availing max tax benifits, even by converting most of the payments into FBT category, wherein the company is prepared to bear FBT, which is of-course much less than an individual paying IT @ 33% for this bracket.
