I filed itr 2 on 25 th july under new tax regime for which I got defective notice for not including all income. Later on August 9 I responded defective notice with old tax regime. As of now my itr didn't processed. Will there be any issue for change in regime.

Sir my question is not about processing. I have opted for new tax regime initially at the time of filing for which I have got defective notice. Then while responding to defective notice I changed to old tax regime in offline utility. Will this be issue while processing?

If it is processed under new tax regime means I would loss the rebate under sec87a and but I have choosed old tax regime in offline utility sir
