I have recently given my CA IPCC exam in May 2014, i want know what is the best combination to do with CA which provides better employment opportunities and genuine exposure in the market?
management is same and they got partnership firm which paid salary to employees for 3 quarters and private limited com which paid salary for Q4.
for my knowledge, employees should get 01 form 16 from partnership firm and 01 form 16 from private limited co.
do we have any other way of doing it? pls guide
