Now wanted to.apply for atc certificate but i have not paid Rs.1000 at the time of CA course Registration.
Now how can i proceed with ?

i wanted to fill my nov 18 eam form but didn't have much knowledge and so filled a new registration form anf paid 13,000 rs of group 1. I

Hi, I’ve taken AMA classes from CA Sanjay Aggarwal in 2017. My attempt is in Nov 18. His book is very detailed and also mentions that it covers PM questions. Should i do my revision from my class notes and whole his entire book? Or additionally should i also solve PM? I believe in a conceptual approach with good writing practice over just solving too many questions of the same kind. Kindly suggest :)

i submitted article ship complication but mistakenly reported leave 180 day and the icai terminated my aricle ship and got extend 30 days then what is the procedure of rejoin article ship and also maximum time limit of the join the aricle ship

I have completed my Article ship on 2 August and sent it to icai on 11 August , in between exam forms are released on 6 august so which Certificate of Service i have to fill
1.Candidates Who Have Completed Their Articleship
2.For candidates who are presently in service and due to complete the prescribed period of 3 years (or 3 and half years) years of practical training (including excess leave if any) on or before 30th October, 2018.
3.For candidates who are presently in service, serving the last six months of training as on 1st May, 2018 and due to complete 3 years of training (including excess leave,if any) on or before 31st October, 2018

Please solve my doubts,

1) Whether Reverse Charge has been fully excluded for November, 2018 exams?

2) i)Whether value of supply of service & goods portion in supply in construction of complex service involving
transfer of property in land/ undivided share of land & ii) value of supply of lottery has been excluded?

3) Insurance policy with investment, is it a security so as to get excluded from the definition of Goods - S.2(52)

4) Whether both GST & State Excise duties will be levied on Opium, Narcotic drugs?

5) Whether GST is levied on renting of house by a person who is not in the business of letting of houses (not in course or furtherance of business)?

Hi sir,
In this situation the employe has only salary income, regarding to that income he filled itr -1 and he already got a refund.
Later on someone has filled a return relating to same f.y and shown as tax payable 217000.
Now the income tax departments send a notice mentioned that CIB-403 exceeding 200000 with banking company.
Sir in this case what is the procedure to give response to the department
