Sir I complete my 10 months of articleship and now i want to take transfer on the ground of shifting, inappropriate payment of stipend and forcing to work till 9 p.m on daily bases and now my principal is not signing my form..... please sir suggest me somthing.......

I completed my articleship on 16th oct 2017 and filled form 108 on the same day declaring leave of 160 days. On 21st November 2017, i received a letter from the Institute which said that i am required to get re registered for the excess leave period of 4 days and also submit form 108 for the said period for noting completion of articleship.
Further when i had filled my exam form, i selected the option which said that my articleship with excess leaves will be completed on or before 31st oct 2017.
Please advice as to whether i should fill form 107 or form 103.

I have cleared Ca final First group. & I have not even touched the second group.Wheather I should migrate to new scheme or continue in old scheme.

I had applied fr transfer in the first year of articleship after submitting form 109 i got a letter frm institute abt req of transfer in second year so does tht mean i have to submit docunents as required for trf in second year ??

I am IPCC STUDENT (old syllabus ) who has cleared group 1 and wants to appear for group 2 in may 2018. Is it compulsory to give exam under new syllabus or old syllabus is still available for me ?

I had take registration IN IPCE IN July 2013 and now in July 2017 it expires, i want to give May 2018 exams in my old syallbus, is it possible. what should i do now ?
