Me abhi Manufacturing Company me Excise ka job karta hu please tell me GST aane se pahle job change karlu ya nahi because after GSt Excise Duty Band Ho Jayegi

Itc agst export

Dear Sir,
I purchased Good on Local Purchase @1000/-+Vat13.5%.And sold as Export sales to Bhutan without any taxes & duties as per act.Can I avail ITC on purchase ???

Can anybody clarify me ....
