Notice u/s.1431a

Dear Sir,
One of my friend who is salary person file ITR1 for A.Y.15-16
in which he fill wrong salary amount (Gross without deducting HRA & TA)
He received notice for Demand which is not correct.
Now Can He file Revised Return Or Rectify old ITR which is filed.

Tds on rental car

I have hired 12 cars for my company use, i use to pay monthly rent for car is Rs. 261544/-(excluded service tax) so, TDS will be charged on not , if TDS will charge what is the rate of TDS.

Advertisment for tds

Dear Experts,

Good Evening.

I want to know about the TDS for advertisement bill for Rs.31000/- inclusive of tax. in that I have made payment of Rs.10000/- towards advance payment . the remaining 21000/- should I deduct TDS?? if yes please explain me
