i have an demate a/c with idbi capital and also a trading a/c with it. can i open another trading a/c in alshar securities with this demate without closing my previous trading a/c with the idbi capital

More than one demat possible?

i have my demate a/c with idbi capital. their brokerage is very high min20/- per trnx. I want to open another demate a/c but i do not want to close this a/c.can i do this? and also suggest me the better option where i can open my a/c.

the valuation of ESOP for unlisted companies is done by categoty 1 merchant banker.
which method is used to value the ESOP and arrive at the fair market value?
is there any circular/rules etc which specifies the method of valuation?
