Can you please guide me in respect of PGPSM programme NISM (established by SEBI)?
How is the programme? I have already done CFP. Now how this will help to get good job profile?

Dear Sirs,

In 1993 My family members bought shares in a newly quoted company in India as NRI quota. We need to sell shares or get shares tranferred? We live in UK therefore we don't possess PAN number? Maybe you could help on procedure involved.

Capital gain

Trust recived some shares as a donation,
If all these shares sold by trust in the stock market with in 3 months.

what will be the tax liablity?
e.g. short term capital gain etc.

Stamp duty on transmission of share

Dear Sir/Madam

Do we need to pay stamp duty, in case of Transmission of Shares if the consideration value is 0? If required, then what amount of stamp duty is required to be paid.

My Friend have 100 Share of BOI in certificate form . I Purchases it from him and I want a transfer shares on my name in my demat account.Please inform me what is process for transfer on my name.what documentation between me & my friend?
