I have my articleship online test of PWC on 11th this week. will it be tough to crack? please tell me how should I prepare for it? what topic and from where should I practice?

hello sir, I have given ca final attempt for the third time and this time i have just given first group.so i have to appear for the second group in may 2017.But now as i am watching the scenario of my friends who are getting difficulties in jobs even after clearing the exams,i am thinking to do a job which will fetch me practical knowledge and i will not face the same problem as my friends are facing as after being a CA,no employer gave a chance to learn,they only could expect best from us.suggest me the correct way.My dilemna is to just sit and study for second group or should i do job alongwith.

Currently I am in partnership with a friend in practice but problem is that he always takes his decision in firm without my consent. what should i do??

My name is Sagar Jadhav, married and I am having 7 years of experience in Accounting & Taxation, after getting so much of knowledge of accounting and taxation I decided to pursue CA. and got my self registered in Feb 2016, I have completed my ITT training and will going for Oriental in the next month. As a married person its my responsibility to look after my family, I just wanted to know how can I get dummy articleship, coz I tired with many CA firm they are not providing me dummy articleship and even if I work with them they wont provide me handsome salary.
Just need some guidance on how to proceed with my CA course as I want to pursue while doing job. Please suggest.

I have completed CA IPCC both group and I wish to start Practice as a Tax Consultant. Can I Start Practice with a proper Office and designation as a Tax Consultant.

if i will take transfer for industrial training and after appearing ca final exams can take industrial training??
In other word, after transfer date there is a gap, it will accepted?

isn't a CWA a complete course as it is a saying for the CA and CS ?

Who earns more and is more in demand as per the current market trend either CS or CWA ?
