I wanted to know that what can I do in case the organisation doesnt issue experience letter on leaving the organisation?

I was associated with an organisation for 3+ years , had resigned recently and had served the 1 month notice period as per the requirement of the organisation.

Now they have issued the relieving letter but on demanding the experience letter they said they dont issue that.

my concern is how will I prove my 3+ experience otherwise ? further if I want to study further like the courses meant for experienced professionals then also I will need the experience letter as a prove of my experience.

I am CA Final student and have failed to clear repetative times. Now I wish to drop CA and start Tax Consultant Practice, Can I start Practice as a Tax Consultant with proper office under my name as Tax Consultant. Do I require to complete any formalities like registration or like that....or can i straight away start my office.
Please Help
