Ashwani - First of all congratulations for getting a Job Offer. You first need to understand that Accounting and CS are two distinct fields yet a CS is expected to have the basic knowledge of Accounting field.
Procure to Pay (P2P) process covers the complete cycle from Vendor Master Maintenance through procurement and Vendor Invoice Processing, the resulting Payment Processing to external vendors and the Period Closing Activities. The kind of work that is alloted to you will define as to which specific area you will be working in the P2P Cycle.
I feel that getting an exposure in the P2P cycle will be good for you from the accounting point of view but from the point of view of CS, this will not be much of an advantage.
If you want to make your career in the CS field then instead of joining a KPO, you should join either a CS firm or a law firm. While the payout initially will not be much but will help you in the long run.

Thank you sir for your expert advice to me. You correctly said Law firm or CS firm can give me good exposure but i am a married man having an infant baby so i can't join firm as they will give around RS 10000/- month . As in Genpact there is an option that process can be changed after 18 months , when i will clear CS Professional exams , i will change the process from accounts to compliance that plan i made yet.
