Is there any scope for a person working as an Accountant. What is the maximum amount he can earn as an Accountant In India.

Is it so that when we register for Articleship after 1st Group of IPCE the period of Articlehip is 3.5 years and if after Both groups its 3yrs.???
I bought my Registeration form for Articleship and I am 1st Group pass of IPCE. The General Instruction on form says that Peroid of Articleship in my case will be 3.5years. Please Help. !

Hello sir, my brother has completed his ICWA inter and one group of final, he has done his MBA from an average institute in kolkata. He has 4 years of work experience. Now he wants to do another MBA/PGDM from a top institute or an executive MBA. He is 30 years old now. Is it alright if he goes for an MBA/PGDM at this age with 4 years of work experience. please reply...

I will be completing by CA by May 2012. I am very much interested to join the Indian Revenue Services. Though i knw that i needs to giv Civil services xam for being qualified as AC/DC in income tax office. But i want to start from another route that is starting from an Income Tax officer, then promoted as AC/DC etc.

So, could u plz tell me which department conducts Xams for ITO ? is this a good career choice ?

1)IS IT NECESSARY THAT THE PERIOD OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING SHOULD BE EXACT 9 MONTHS OR 1 YEAR ?

2)AND AS PER THE RULES LAID DOWN BY ICAI, THE ARTICLE MUST INFORM THE PRINCIPAL THREE MONTHS PRIOR THE DATE OF JOINING OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ?

3) SHALL THE PERIOD OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING BE TAKEN AT A STRETCH ?
e.g) if one has 9 months of training, can he do 5 months continuous & then go on Final CA leave and complete the rest 4 months after coming from Exams ?

I am working in accounts payable in a company since lat 4 yrs & doing Mcom through Mumbai university; I would like to make a career in taxation; kindly guide me for the course to be done alogwith job & also about the work experience to enter in the field of taxation.
