Form- h

I want to know about form H . and tell me if i sold my goods to trader who issued form -h then my sale will be consider as Export or Normal local Sale???

Duty drawback

We are a manufacturing co. which use the imported material in our manufacturing process and sold the finished product in india and abroad also.

Then how will i take duty drawback on imported material which is used for product to be exported?

Kindly also tell me whether duty drae back on imported material can be taken on any imported material?

Part query

we have our business in Goa. we will be going to import goods from US,Germany,UK etc.

i would like to know if

(it is compulsory that the goods coming should cross Mumbai Port for customs clearing)

they cannot directly ship the goods to Goa port without going to Mumbai port,it may be by Air or by water mode.

Epcg export obligation

Dear Expert,

We are Port service prodiver want to import capital goods under EPCG.


Q1. Is there any special scheme for duty exemtption for port handling equipment inside the Custom Bonded Area for seting upt new terminal for export obligation.

Q2. Is there any scheme for not fulfilling EO within specific perid to pay Duty in installmennt ? what would be basis of int and duty calculation ?

Merchant trade

Dear Sir,
In case of merchant trade where goods in the coming to India and directly goes to party how the documents should be and who should be shipper in Bill of Lading i.e. exporting party from where we are importing or we as a exporter

Duty drawback of cvd

Can CVD be claimed as a part of Duty Drawback and the same is not taken in as Cenvat Credit, If yesp please provide Notification or any circulars

Excise invoice address query

Sir

we are as a marchant exporter and we procure materail from different state and export from mumbai
we have branch office at mumbai and registered office at indore
we want to know is it possible to take delivery at mumbai (shipping address) and invoice address indore
one manufacturer can make such transaction he can raise his excise invoice in indore address and deliver material at mumbai

if we provide CT 1 & H Form to Manufacturer (because this material will be export)

Please help me and short out this query
