How to sell to composition dealer and which rate of gst

Hello Sir,

Suppose there are 10 partners in a Partnership firm.
Two of them are me and my uncle having equal share of Profit in the firm.
Now my uncle wants to retire from partnership firm voluntarily. And he wish to transfer his share to me.
So, what is the procedure to transfer his share in my name.
Whether we would have to alter partnership deed, or is there any simple way to transfer his share in my name.

2) Whether he can sign on behalf of the ca firm?( It is clear that he can not practice in his individual capacity) If he can not sign on behalf of ca firm what are the uses to hold COP by employee CA who works in CA firm
3)What are the designation can be given to employee ca in ca firm? -Manager CEO or only Employee
4)Whether Seal can be made in his name as done for partner CA?

Iam a second yr article and want to take termination due to my ill health, when i asked about requirements in regional branch they said send letter with medical certificate from govt hospital as well as termination form. Pls can anyone tell that were i can get this termination form.

Iam second yr article & i wanted small guidance regards termination of articleship. I have completed 1yr 3months of articleship and want to terminate articles on medical grounds so if today i write letter to institute for the same accompanying medical certificate from govt hospital....in this case whether i have to state that i was in discontinuation of articles for last 3months or going to discontinue for next coming 3 months. Pls guide, really urgent.
