AS per provisions,1)Bonus should not be more than 25% of paid up+ free reserve.... 2)Further it should not be more than 25% of equity share cap in FY..

Equity capital means only issued equity capital.... However Paid up + free reserves includes uncommitted reserves (like general reserve and p&l account) plus actual paid up capital of company.

Sir,this is not my question.My question is what the provision want to say.... How it can be possible that at the same time Bonus issue is upto 25% of paid up+ reserve and also it should not be more than 25 % of paid up capital in FY....
