11 November 2010 It can be on the date of receipt of incorporation certificate and not before that.

Yes, You can do so, if you are sure that you can complete the formalities for conducting the Board Meeting.

Technically it is not possible to have a BM before the receipt of incorporation certificate bcoz only incorporation certificate can tell u the exact date of incorporation.
