Hello sir
Sir I have a query about Meeting of Small Companies....
I know sir Small Company is required to have two meeting in each half calendar Year and gap between meeting is 90 days..
Sir if my company XYZ is doing more than two meeting than what will be the minimum gap between the meeting?

Maximum Gap B/W two meetings should not be more the 120 days.

YOU HAVE TO HOLD ATLEAST TWO MEETING DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR (ONE MEETING EACH IN BOTH OF THE HALF YEAR). AND IF YOU HOLD ONLY TWO MEETING THEN THERE MUST BE 90 DAYS GAP. AND IF YOU ARE HOLDING MORE THEN TWO MEETING THAT MEANS THAT YOU ARE HOLDING MORE THEN ONE MEETING DURING ANY HALF OG THE YAR AND THEN 90 DAYS CONDITION NOT APPLIED.
