2nd question
Registered person uploaded amount in tax invoice more than received invoice. my input is coming more in gstr 2. should i modify the purchase invoice of supplier. what will supplier do after modify

In case you ll modify the invoice details and filed your GSTR 2. It's reflect in his GSTR 1A. He is checking with his Invoice. Your changes is correct then he ll be accept it. If your changes or Not correct then he is reject it.... But, Advisable for Before Correction both ll be consider

no supplier file by giving date as 31.07.2017 in gstr 1 but we have received invoice in which clear mention 01.08.2017. mistake done by listed co. mafatlal

Your 3rd question is not says correctly.....
Okay no problem....
In case they ll get ITC on same month. But, they ll receive goods on next month also keep inventory, Transportation all are considered same day then it's taken same month....
If differents is another days then no way. Please refer ITC rule....

we receive invoice and good dated 01.08.2017 but supplier consider it 31/07 invoice and uploded the same in gstr 1. now i have file gstr 3b of aug vide taking this invoice input in august. now gstr2a showing it.
what should i do
accept or rjct or pending
