If registered office of pvt.ltd.co. is in one room of promotors' house..House is in name of father of promotors .Is it mandatory to prepare and submit rent agreement or only authorization from father of promotors to use the premises by the company as its registered office will suffice?Plz suggest as its urgent

Yes, only NOC from the father is sufficient. But if the director has factually taken the premises on rent, then registered Rent agreement is required

It is OK, but in such arrangements the 'certifying professional' should doubly make sure that clause 3 of the 'certification' is duly complied with and e-form INC 22 is certifiable.

Sir what is clause 3 of "certification"? And you mean there is no material fact suppressed by the words e-form INC-22 is certifiable right?
