If search was conducted in oct. 2013. Then can A.Y. 2007-08 can be reopened under block assessment?

Under the new scheme of assessment the assessing officer shall assess or reassess the total income of an assessee of six assessment year immediately preceding the assessment year relevant to previous year in which search is conducted.
So A.Y. 2007-08 can't be opened.
So A.Y. 2007-08 can't be opened.
